Salary range: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum depending on experience

The Organic Research Centre (ORC) is the UK’s leading charity focusing on the development and promotion of sustainable, agroecological solutions to food, farming and environmental issues. As well as its core work to change how the country farms by translating our research into real world application, we also manage Agricology which exists to provide farmers with a wealth of easily accessible resources and events that deliver practical, sustainable agriculture.
At this pivotal time, we are looking to appoint an Impact Delivery Officer to join our team to build our networks, organise and host events and help to develop content to share across our digital networks. The individual will also have project management responsibility for Agricology.
The successful candidate must have previous experience in events delivery and project management, building successful relationships with individuals and businesses across the farming community, creating and delivering digital content (podcasts, webinars, blogs, vlogs etc), and be comfortable working independently and with the wider team to share our knowledge and experience in order to deliver impact. The individual must be prepared to travel extensively across the UK to represent ORC and Agricology.
We are looking to recruit the right candidate for this pivotal role which is full time, working from home although attendance at ad-hoc team meetings (typically at our Cirencester office) would be required.
