The Perdix Partnership have a client who is looking to start a joint venture on his 800 acres farm in Warwickshire UK, it has been a arable farm intensively farmed for many years but he is wanting to go down the regenerative agriculture route and start a total mixed organic farming system, sheep, cattle pigs, veg/fruit, chickens. They are looking for a suitable young person who wants the opportunity to start his/her own farming business alongside the client.
