Diversity is key to building a healthy and resilient food and farming system - but it can add complexity and create challenges. The Yorkshire Grain Alliance have been exploring this locally by building connections between farmers, processors, such as bakers, and customers… But we need you! Can you help us to find ways to overcome the challenges and change the way we produce and consume grain for the better? Join us for an afternoon of sowing, hoeing, milling and baking - take away some seeds or flour and become a grain changer.Summary
