How do we manage soil?

Managing soil is crucial. To help develop this innovative knowledge exchange project, we need your input.

Improving the health of soils is fundamental to the agronomic and financial sustainability of horticultural businesses. This AHDB Horticulture-funded project Growing Resilient Efficient And Thriving Soils (GREATsoils) aims to review and compare current approaches, inspire and support growers to develop the ability and confidence to assess the health of their soils and take practical action to improve their soil management strategies.

To improve soil health, fertility and function, we need clear methods and criteria to allow simple, quick assessment and measurement. In order to develop these novel approaches, it’s important to analyse how industry currently manages soil. This GREATsoils survey will help us understand current experiences, approaches and opinions.

We would be very grateful if you would spare a few minutes of your time to take this short survey by following the link below.
