Come and join Biomass Connect with Newcastle University, supported by the National Innovation Centre for Rural Enterprise (NICRE) for an opportunity to learn about biomass crops options, agroforestry, and diversification options at Newcastle.

The event will focus on an overview of the research into Short Rotation Coppice (SRC) willow, poplar, and other biomass crops at Newcastle University Cockle Park farm. There will be a guided crop tour to view various biomass crops and discussions on the agronomy, economics, and environmental impacts of different biomass crops and diversification options.
