As we come to the close of another year, I want to take a moment to reflect on what has been a period of significant change and meaningful progress for the Organic Research Centre. This year has asked much of us—adaptability, fresh thinking, and a renewed commitment to our mission—and I am proud of the way our community has responded. By joining with ADAS, we are strengthening our research programmes, developing our collaborations with farmers and partners, and expanding our focus on practical, evidence-based solutions that support a more resilient, nature-friendly food system. Internally, we have evolved as well: refining our strategic direction, making new connections with the ADAS team, and investing in ways of working that will make us even more effective in the years ahead. Change can be challenging, but I am really proud of the way that our team has responded and am looking forward to building on all the opportunities that are presenting themselves.
The short video looks at what we have achieved in 2025 and we look forward to 2026. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the ORC, ADAS and Progressive Farming Trust staff, trustees, supporters, and the wider organic community.
