You decide – dietary health decisions rest in hands of individual

The latest UK Government policy fix for the growing epidemic and costs of diet-derived ill health is to “personalize” the issue – to remove Government’s role and leave it to the individual. But information provision on diet and nutrition to the general public is poor and commercially skewed by food multinationals.
