Are you a farmer or someone interested in the value of diverse/herbal leys and how best to manage them in a farming system? Come and visit Yatesbury House Farm where herbal leys have been used for 22 years and are the driving force of this mixed farming system, contributing to whole farm health.

Invited speakers include Professor Chris Reynolds from University of Reading who will share research results from farms across the South West, as well as farmers talking about the role that herbal leys play in their systems. Hear how Rob Richmond manages herbal leys for year-round grazing for dairy cows in Gloucestshire and how host farmer, Richard Gantlett, has refined his farming system over the years.

There will also be an introduction to TOMS Sward app. After lunch, there will be a farm walk taking in the farm’s diverse leys, cereals and agroforestry system.
