The University of Kassel, Germany is holiday a Summer Academy 7th – 11th August 2011 investigating ways to a sustainable food security. Students and junior scientists, working in the field of peace studies, conflict research, development engineering, agriculture, nutrition or climate research and their intersections are heartily invited to discuss the issues with scientist, practitioners as well as activists. Additionally this event will offer the chance to develop new ideas and to encourage students own scientific work.
