Agriculture – conventional and organic – throughout the world is failing and being replaced by corporate agri-industry despite or because of the frantic efforts to market to consumers who in turn take no responsibility for what or how they consume, says EFRC director Lawrence Woodward.
This is not the way to produce healthy food in a world of finite and diminishing resources.
