Funds to plant trees

The Woodland Trust, Organic Research Centre and Soil Association have joined with PUR Project, a global company working with Accor Hotels to plant 200,000 trees on UK farms.

Through this exciting partnership, farmers are being offered:

  • a free whole-farm tree assessment
  • expertly-designed planting scheme(s) tailored for you
  • advice on tree planting, maintenance and management
  • free trees and guards
  • (some schemes may require a contribution)

This includes support to plant shelter belts, riparian strips, pasture trees, woodland or to develop agroforestry schemes. Interest from organic and non-organic farms is welcomed. For more information, see the Woodland Trust leaflet.
